Fat Joe and Remy Ma’s “All The Way Up” has been a consistent presence in New York over the last few months, and judging by its chart placements, NY isn’t the only place listening. Still, it always helps to have some regional talent on a record to get radio play elsewhere, and today, the “Westside Remix” of the record has done just that, adding verses from L.A.’s The Game, Long Beach’s Snoop Dogg, and The Bay’s E-40. They all bring their own flavor to the record, finding pockets NY rappers probably wouldn’t even see on the beat. So is the beauty of regional styles.
