A girl is suing Thaddeus "Black" James for allegedly drugging and raping her. Rick Ross can also be named in the lawsuit for the reason that he was with them on the day the movements reportedly passed off, in keeping with TMZ.
The girl says she used to be invited by using the rapper and his entourage to attend the hashish Cup in la. She met up with each person at the W motel where she acquired in a van with Ross, James, and others. She was once supplied a drink and quickly after consuming it, felt dizzy and handed out. After waking up, she went to James' lodge room, the place she again handed out. She woke up the subsequent morning with out her garments on and found signs that she used to be sexually assaulted.
She names James as the suspect, but can be suing Ross, pronouncing that James was once his agent and Ross must were supervising him. The van was once supposedly Ross's.
